Qualifications:

• Remote management/leadership experience within an eCom agency

• Email marketing experience

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective direction

• Ability to take full responsibility for the success of projects and measure oneself based on their outcomes.

• Extensive knowledge of eCom marketing agency operations to be able to understand team dynamics, services provided, and specific client projects.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to finding solutions rather than making excuses.

• Ability to empower team members and delegate responsibilities effectively.

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to understand and address team challenges.

• Proven ability to handle complex problems by breaking them down into manageable parts.

• Proactive approach in seeking clarification and understanding before developing solutions.

• Focus on prioritizing people within the process or system for overall success.

• Capability to define and adapt to the role based on project needs rather than relying on constant direction.

What is this position about?

As a Project/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Setting and managing project expectations with team members and stakeholders.

• Delegating tasks and milestones to the appropriate team members.

• Tracking project milestones and deadlines.

• Monitoring deliverables for both the team and clients.

• Developing and delivering progress reports and status updates to clients and stakeholders.

• Proactively managing changes to project plans and developing contingency plans.

• Presenting contingency plans or changes in the project plan to the team.

• Conducting project post mortems and identifying areas for improvement.

• Developing best practices for project management software and tools.

• Acting as the information hub for team members, providing timely and accurate information.

• Coordinating monthly and quarterly project plans.

• Serving as the secondary client contact and providing campaign updates.
