Billing & Payments Engineering Integrations

1Password is seeking a talented and motivated Developer to join the Billing & Payments Engineering Integrations team. In this role, you will help build, maintain, and improve the critical systems that power subscription management, payment processing, and billing operations for thousands of businesses worldwide.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions that ensure reliable payment experiences, secure financial transactions, and seamless subscription management. The role involves building integrations with third-party payment providers, developing APIs, maintaining distributed systems, and ensuring high levels of system performance and availability.

As part of a fast-paced engineering environment, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, code reviews, and production support. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges while maintaining high standards of code quality and security.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of software development experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building reliable and scalable applications. Experience with billing systems, payment platforms, API integrations, distributed systems, and cloud-based architectures is highly desirable.
