As a Sr. IT Customer Support Supervisor at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT support services, with a primary focus on elevating the customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and inspiring your team, driving them to exceed customer expectations and uphold our commitment to excellence.


You will report directly to our Sr Director IT and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule, following the initial 90 days of on-site work.


In this role, you will be critical in ensuring the customer experience in IT support is second to none. Your leadership will empower a team of professionals to deliver top tier service, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen our relationships with internal clients. Your decisions and strategies will resonate across our global operations, ensuring that technology remains an enabler, not a hurdle.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of IT support professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing expert assistance.
  • Manage team workload and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

US PERSON REQUIREMENT

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.


YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or an IT related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience with IT systems – preferably Service Now, Azure, NextThink or other related IT systems.
