Responsabilidades e atribuições

What you will doDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot;

Contribute to the evolution of microservices architecture, ensuring performance, resilience, and maintainability;

Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations across distributed systems;

Improve system observability, monitoring, and logging;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs;

Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives;

Follow engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and automation;

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud-native environments;

Support containerized applications using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Requisitos e qualificações

We are looking for people with:University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;

Intermediate or Advanced skills in English, both written and oral;

Solid backend development experience with Java;

Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices;

Experience developing and scaling high-throughput and distributed applications;

Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or similar platforms;

Experience with DevOps and cloud-native tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or similar technologies;

Experience working in Agile environments;

Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving;

Hands-on experience with Spring Framework technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring MVC;

Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and development best practices;

Experience with software testing concepts, including unit, integration, regression, stress, and test automation;

Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
