Director of Business Development – Consumer Health CDMO

France or Germany | High-Growth Commercial Opportunity

We’re supporting a key Business Development hire within the consumer health and outsourced manufacturing space. This is a highly commercial, hunter-led role focused on driving new business across Europe and international markets.

The position is heavily weighted toward winning new clients (~80%) versus account management, and the business is specifically looking for someone who knows how to build pipelines, open doors, and create opportunities beyond inbound leads and trade shows.

The ideal background will come from:

• Consumer health CDMOs

• OTC / self-care manufacturing

• Vitamins, minerals & supplements (VMS) / nutraceuticals

• Adjacent outsourced manufacturing or healthcare services environments

This is not a traditional Rx pharma-led search.

Locations:

• Benelux focus

• France – France + Middle East exposure

Requirements:

• English + French essential
• Arabic beneficial for the France role, but not required
• Comfortable with ~50% travel

The business is open on level of experience and more focused on performance, mindset, and commercial impact. Strong onboarding, international exposure, and an above-market bonus structure are all part of the package.
