We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Contribute directly to the customer experience with the Amazon supply chain
- Reduce fulfillment cost and maximize free cash flow across worldwide marketplaces
- Solve complex problems in inventory placement
- Design and implement large-scale cloud-based distributed services
- Work with Senior and Principal Engineers, Researchers, and Data Engineers to design a new platform for optimizing supply chain management
- Automate third-party supply management systems and drive inventory across Amazon marketplaces
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, and scaling)
- 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to non-technical audiences
- Experience with object-oriented design concepts and common design patterns
