Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Develop modern software solutions with a focus on Java and React.

• Enhance an existing Java-Swing application and build new desktop and backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

• Implement modern frontend solutions with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Develop features related to workforce management, UI development, and digital case processing.

• Design and integrate REST APIs and microservices.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into sustainable technical solutions.

• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, SonarQube, and automated testing.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification.

• Several years of professional experience in software development for business-critical products or digital platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Java, with an emphasis on clean code and sustainable development practices.

• Experience with Java Swing, Angular, React, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.

• Familiarity with developing REST APIs and microservice architectures.

• Experience with SonarQube, Git, and automated testing frameworks.

• Excellent German and English language skills for international collaboration.
