Backend Developer (后端开发工程师)

Role Direction:

Traze is building a global trading App centered around the trader experience. We want backend engineers to do more than just "take requirements and write APIs" — we want you to work alongside Product, Frontend, and QA to build core capabilities like accounts, trading, funds, growth, community, and education tools into stable, reusable, and rapidly iterable systems.

You will support Traze App's core product lines, including User Accounts, Onboarding, KYC, Trading Execution, Fund Management, Rewards Hub, Community & Copy-Trading, Education Tools, Back Office, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop backend services for Traze App — covering user accounts, permissions, KYC, funds, trading, campaigns, messaging, community, tools, and other modules

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Frontend engineers, QA, and Operations to quickly understand business goals and translate product requirements into stable, clear, and extensible backend solutions

- Participate in system architecture and API design; build reusable platform capabilities and business components to avoid redundant engineering efforts

- Proactively evaluate and adopt mature open-source components, PaaS platforms, cloud services, and third-party capabilities to improve development velocity

- Leverage AI coding tools to assist with code generation, refactoring, API documentation, unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

- Support high-frequency product iterations — enabling a "move fast, release fast, validate fast" development cadence

- Ensure system stability, performance, security, and maintainability — guaranteeing the reliability of core trading pipelines, fund flows, and user journeys

- Contribute to automated deployment, logging & monitoring, alerting, API testing, and production issue diagnosis to improve overall engineering efficiency

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of backend development experience — experience with C-end Apps, FinTech, e-commerce, trading platforms, payments, wallets, community platforms, or tool-based products is preferred

- Proficient in at least one mainstream backend language — Java / Go / Python / Node.js, etc.

- Familiar with common backend capabilities — RESTful APIs, databases, caching, message queues, permission systems, task scheduling, logging & monitoring, and more

- Strong system design skills — able to write clean, stable, maintainable, and extensible code

- Keen interest in new technologies and tools — proactive in leveraging AI, PaaS, open-source components, and cloud services to boost R&D efficiency

- Familiar with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, containerized deployment, and other standard engineering workflows

- Strong sense of ownership — not just delivering API endpoints, but proactively caring about product goals, user experience, and production performance

- Good communication skills — able to collaborate effectively with Product, Frontend, and QA teams

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with FX, CFD, securities, cryptocurrency, exchanges, brokerage Apps, payments, clearing & settlement, risk control, or KYC/AML

- Familiarity with trading order flow, market data, positions, orders, fund transactions, deposits/withdrawals, rebates, copy-trading, and related business scenarios

- Experience building high-concurrency, low-latency, high-availability systems

- Experience with microservices, service governance, PaaS platforms, business middleware, or componentized platform development

- Familiarity with mature domestic Chinese mobile development platforms, cloud-native platforms, or open-source microservice frameworks

- Proficient with AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude Code

- English proficiency as a working language

岗位职责：

- 负责 Traze App 相关后端服务设计与开发，包括用户账户、权限、KYC、资金、交易、活动、消息、社区、工具等模块

- 与产品经理、前端、测试、运营协作，快速理解业务目标，并将产品需求转化为稳定、清晰、可扩展的后端方案

- 参与系统架构设计和接口设计，沉淀可复用的中台能力和业务组件，避免重复造轮子

- 能够主动评估并使用成熟的开源组件、PaaS 平台、云服务和第三方能力，提高开发效率

- 使用 AI coding 工具辅助代码生成、代码重构、接口文档、单元测试、问题排查和性能优化

- 支持高频产品迭代，配合产品线实现小步快跑、快速上线、快速验证

- 关注系统稳定性、性能、安全性和可维护性，保障核心交易链路、资金链路和用户链路的可靠性

- 参与自动化部署、日志监控、告警、接口测试和线上问题定位，提升工程效率

任职要求：

- 3 年以上后端开发经验，有 C 端 App、FinTech、电商、交易平台、支付、钱包、社区或工具类产品经验优先

- 熟悉 Java / Go / Python / Node.js 等至少一种主流后端开发语言

- 熟悉常见后端能力，包括 RESTful API、数据库、缓存、消息队列、权限系统、任务调度、日志监控等

- 有良好的系统设计能力，能写出清晰、稳定、可维护、可扩展的代码

- 对新技术、新工具敏感，愿意主动使用 AI、PaaS、开源组件和云服务提升研发效率

- 熟悉 Git、CI/CD、自动化测试、容器化部署等基础工程流程

- 有较强的 owner 意识，不只是完成接口开发，也会主动关注产品目标、用户体验和线上效果

- 具备良好的沟通能力，能和产品、前端、测试高效协作

- 有外汇、CFD、证券、加密货币、交易所、券商 App、支付、清结算、风控、KYC / AML 相关经验

- 熟悉交易下单、行情、持仓、订单、资金流水、入金出金、返佣、跟单等业务场景

- 有高并发、低延迟、高可用系统开发经验

- 有微服务、服务治理、PaaS 平台、业务中台、组件化平台建设经验

- 熟悉国内成熟移动开发平台、云原生平台或开源微服务框架

- 熟练使用 Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Codex、Claude Code 等 AI coding 工具

- 英文可作为工作语言
