JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Golang, Java Spring Boot, or Python with focus on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Manage SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and implement caching strategies.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and manage containerization with Docker & Kubernetes.
  • Ensure system reliability, security, availability, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and troubleshoot technical issues.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
  • Proficiency in Golang, Java Spring Boot, or Python.
  • Solid experience in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on expertise with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Minimum 5 years professional backend development experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, system thinking, and clean coding skills.
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.
  • Prior experience in high-traffic, mission-critical systems is a strong advantage.
