We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Operations to ensure our business runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to implement effective processes that enhance productivity. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization.

• Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)

• Education Requirements: Master’s Degree – Business administration and management
• Language Requirements: English
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial roles within the Aviation or MRO Industry
