Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Simplify Go BFF services (187 endpoints), redesign caching strategy, consolidate containers, integrate centralized auth.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and reliability.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Go Programming Language.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Redis, MongoDB, Docker Kubernetes Architecture.
• Go, gRPC, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, Docker/K8s, SQS, RabbitMQ (good to have - AWS EKS)
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with designing and implementing scalable and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Go Programming Language.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
