About The Role

AttoLabs is looking for a goal-oriented and detail-focused Technical Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to international IT projects. In this role, you will act as a key link between the client and the technical team, helping to create cutting-edge solutions for our European partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications;
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from requirements gathering to validation;
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and international stakeholders;
• Prepare technical documentation: user stories, process diagrams, analytical reports;
• Conduct workshops and deliver presentations in English for clients;
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize business logic.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst in IT (consulting, development, or systems integration);
• Solid knowledge of development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall;
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and BI platforms;
• English level B2 or higher (negotiation, documentation, and presentations);
• Strong understanding of UML/BPMN, SQL, and data analysis fundamentals;
• Ability to structure and analyze large volumes of information;
• University degree in IT, economics, management, or a related field.
• International certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master;
• Experience in specialized domains: FinTech, ERP, CRM;
• Additional foreign languages (e.g., German, French).
