Full Stack Developer

We're working with a leading German business software provider that simplifies accounting, payroll, and financial management for small and medium-sized businesses. Their solutions are trusted by hundreds of thousands of users to streamline complex processes and ensure compliance.

The Role

• Develop a cloud-based web application for a multibanking platform, covering both frontend & backend
• Focus on customer needs, balancing continuous improvements with stable, scalable systems
• Actively participate in tool and technology selection, fostering an environment for new approaches and experiments
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including software development, UX, agile coaching, and product ownership
• Contribute to a product that processes 100,000 transactions daily and facilitates over 7 billion Euros in annual transfers

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a passion for building modern banking software
• Experience with complex software within larger organizations, or a strong desire to gain such experience
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development
• Backend expertise in Spring Boot (Java) and relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with cloud environments and microservices (e.g., AWS EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
• Strong understanding and application of Clean Code, Test Driven Development, and agile methodologies
• C2 German language proficiency for effective team communication
