As a CRM Marketing Associate, you will join the Global CRM team to bridge digital and real worlds, powering movement by showing millions of consumers the tangible impact of our products. You will lead the strategy and execution of acquisition campaigns across owned digital channels at a global scale.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute global end-to-end CRM strategies focused on acquisition overall expansion in a high-stakes environment.
- Navigate the complexity of marketing automation tools to build transactional, promotional, and informational content that converts users.
- Scale campaigns across new countries, balancing the need for speed with the messiness of local market requirements.
- Unblock growth by developing learning agendas, moving from experimentation planning to global scaling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, product, and regional ops teams to identify consumer insights and influence strategy without direct authority.
- Own campaign performance end-to-end, reporting on KPIs and adjusting your approach based on shifting priorities and business needs.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer communications, or the customer engagement space.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and multi-channel campaign management (email, push, in-app).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering business results through A/B testing and experimentation at scale.
- Strong systems thinking approach with a fervent interest in how tech stacks empower CRM solutions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple stakeholders to remove structural roadblocks.
- Excellent project management skills with a rigorous attention to detail and swift execution.
