Job Description

WHAT WE'RE DOING

Manage the suite of supply‑chain systems—including Supplier Accountability & Recovery Program (SARP), Performance Measurements Manager (PMM) for sub‑contracts, Material Disruption, CPOT, and related tools ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements.

THE WORK

  • Act as the single point of contact between end‑users and the system development team, translating operational needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Procurement, Operations, Finance, Quality, etc.) to gather, refine, and prioritize system requirements, aligning them with overall project objectives and release schedules.
  • Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and key‑metric dashboards to leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring transparent visibility into project progress.
  • Identify project impediments, devise corrective actions, and implement monitoring mechanisms to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality targets.
  • Partner with the 1LMX development team to design, configure, and enhance the SARP and PMM modules as integrated 1LMX solutions.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline supply‑chain workflows, leveraging system capabilities and best‑practice methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Define, track, and report on performance indicators (e.g., supplier recovery rates, subcontractor performance trends, material disruption frequency) to drive data‑based decision‑making.

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with 1LMX is a plus.
  • Hands‑on experience with requirements elicitation, agile development practices, and stakeholder management.
