We are currently looking for Java Developer to join our team. In this role you will contribute to the development and evolution of Lido Meteorological Services, a mission-critical aviation platform responsible for processing, integrating, and distributing meteorological data for flight planning and in flight decision support.


You'll work on backend services and scalable data pipelines that process massive, diverse datasets - ensuring our system is always reliable and high-performing.

What you’ll bring:


  • Experience in C/C++
  • 3+ years of experience as a Java Developer
  • Strong knowledge of Java 8+ and Spring Framework
  • Hands-on experience building RESTful services
  • Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments, shell usage and Bash scripting
  • Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes
  • Skilled in writing unit and integration tests
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and clean code principles
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  • Good English communication skills (B2 or higher)


Nice to have:


  • Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins)
  • Experience building RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of messaging systems (JMS, ActiveMQ)
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools
