Glo3D is expanding its engineering team and looking for senior developers to join us onsite or remotely in Casablanca.

We’re a fast-moving startup building modern 3D visualization and AI Employee products using a cloud-native architecture.

Senior Backend Developer Requirements

• Strong experience in Node.js or Python (Node.js preferred), and able to contribute in the other language at a practical, production-ready level
• Solid understanding of NoSQL databases
• 5+ years full-time development experience
• 3+ years working with any cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Experience working with Vibe Coding and AI-assisted coding workflows
• Proficient with Git/GitHub
• Strong English communication skills
• Available for on-call urgent situations
• Comfortable using Visual Studio Code

Nice to Have

• GCP experience
• DevOps / CI/CD / infrastructure
• Experience with distributed systems
• Full-stack capability
