Back-End Developer (Go and NodeJS), 12m contract

Condition: Hybrid - 3 days in the office

Argyll Scott Thailand, a Hydrogen Group’s recruitment consultancy firm, is working with a well-known global business based in central Bangkok, Thailand. Now, they are seeking a Senior Back-end Engineer to join and support their software development team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust backend services using Golang and Node.js
• Build and maintain scalable APIs and microservices architectures
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and DevOps teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT-related fields
• Solid 3-5 years of professional experience in back-end software development
• Strong hands-on experience in Golang and NodeJS
• Previous background in PHP coding is preferred
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Able to communicate in English
