Paid Social & Performance Marketing Specialist

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (Meta required; Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads a plus)
• Strong grasp of both the creative side (what makes an ad stop the scroll) and the analytical side (what makes it convert)
• Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients and audiences — strong written and spoken English required
• Self-directed; comfortable bringing recommendations, not just waiting for instructions

About UsSky Gem Solutions is a U.S.-based insurance advisory firm serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, specializing in advanced life insurance strategies (IUL, Premium Finance, PPLI, Group Life). We're building out our marketing function and looking for someone who can own both the creative and performance sides of paid social — not just one or the other.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with room to expand into other platforms over time
• Create and iterate on ad creative — static and video — based on what's actually converting, not just what looks good
• Build and refine target audiences, test messaging angles, and optimize spend based on real performance data
• Track and report on campaign metrics, and translate results into clear next steps
• Collaborate directly with our internal team on messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy for different audience verticals (currently: CPA firms, dental and veterinary practices)
• Work independently once ramped up — we're looking for someone who can own results, not just execute tasks
