Hire Elevation Resources is partnering with an enterprise organization that is investing heavily in Microsoft's modern data platform and analytics ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric / Power BI Administrator who enjoys building secure, scalable, and business-focused data solutions.


This is an opportunity to help shape the future of an enterprise analytics platform while working with modern cloud technologies.


Responsibilities

  • Administer the Microsoft Fabric environment, including capacities, workspaces, and governance.
  • Manage OneLake architecture, security, and access controls.
  • Support Power BI administration, user management, and enterprise reporting.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve data accessibility and analytics.
  • Monitor platform performance and optimize capacity utilization.
  • Implement governance, security, and cloud best practices.
  • Support Azure administration and cloud resource management.
  • Assist with CI/CD processes and automation initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.


Desired Experience

  • 5+ years supporting enterprise data platforms, analytics, or cloud technologies.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of OneLake, Data Factory, Azure, and modern Microsoft data services.
  • Experience with Azure administration and cloud governance.
  • Familiarity with RBAC, security, and data governance.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or automation is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.


Preferred

  • Microsoft Azure certifications
  • Microsoft Fabric certifications
  • Power BI certifications
  • Experience supporting healthcare or other regulated industries is helpful but not required.
