Requirements

10+ years of solid experience in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID: identity management, Conditional Access, PIM,SSO, MFA.

Advanced experience with Exchange Online: troubleshooting, connectors, security, eDiscovery, compliance policies.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams: voice, governance, telephony integration, security policies.

Proficiency in SharePoint Online: site administration, permissions, migrations, governance.

Hands‐on experience with PowerShell and automation tools (Power Automate, LogicApps, Graph API).

Knowledge of cloud security practices (Zero Trust, monitoring, Defender for 365, Defender for Cloud).

Experience with migration projects (on‐premises to M365/Azure).

Technical English (B2) for documentation and troubleshooting.
