Azure Engineering Lead

We are hiring Azure Senior Engineering Lead experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, and analytics platforms. Hands-on experience with Azure-native serverless components including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Event Grid.

Required:

• Established experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in the Azure cloud platform, Azure DevOps, and serverless cloud architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure-native serverless components including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Event Grid.
• Experience with Azure messaging and integration services, particularly Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, and API Management.
• Demonstrable expertise in Azure data services including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Familiarity with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and other Azure database technologies.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, infrastructure-as-code patterns (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates), and networking concepts.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering scalable and pragmatic solutions.
• Experience developing and evolving consumer-grade, user-facing portal products with a focus on user experience and self-service capabilities.
• Proven track record in working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels and across multiple geographies, building and maintaining strong and effective relationships.
• Delivery-focused, with experience using agile methodology to help teams establish an efficient delivery environment, leading with an innovative and continuous improvement mindset.
• An effective coach - the ability to engage, motivate and support team members to become more effective in their role.
• Demonstrable experience in leading technical individuals and geographically dispersed teams.
