Data Platform Engineer
We're looking for a Senior Data Platform Engineer to design, automate, and operate the Azure platform that powers enterprise-scale data, analytics, and AI solutions.
Working at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and modern data platforms, you'll be responsible for building secure, scalable, and reliable foundations for Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage Azure-based data platform infrastructure
- Support Databricks, Data Lake, analytics, and AI workflows
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform
- Manage Kubernetes and containerised environments
- Implement cloud networking, identity, security, and governance control
- Improve platform observability, reliability, and cost efficiencies
- Automate deployments and operational processes through CI/CD and script
Requirements
- 5+ years in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Data Platform Engineering
- Strong Azure experience
- Azure Databricks administration experience
- Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code experience
- Kubernetes and Docker experience
- Experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, or AI platforms
- Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting skills
