We employ more than 200 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud & Infrastructure and Digital Process Compliance.

We are looking for an Azure Architect to join our Cloud & Infrastructure division. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our customer cloud-first strategy and enabling enterprise-grade adoption of Microsoft’s innovative AI and data solutions. This is a practical, delivery-oriented role, focused on designing, improving, and maintaining cloud architecture in collaboration with engineering and infrastructure teams. Your Responsibilities

• Design and architect modern, cloud-native Azure solutions by translating business, functional, and technical requirements into sustainable target architectures
• Define and implement enterprise-scale Azure architectures, including multi-subscription environments, landing zones, and governance models aligned with the Cloud Adoption Framework and Azure Well-Architected Framework
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Hub-and-Spoke architecture, networking concepts, peering, and private connectivity
• Apply advanced knowledge of identity, authentication, and access management, supporting application teams in defining secure and scalable architecture patterns
• Leverage Azure PaaS data services — including Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks — acting as a key interface between cloud platform and data engineering teams
• Implement and promote cloud security best practices to ensure compliant and secure environments across workloads and platforms
• Design, create, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate deployment, testing, and integration processes
• Ensure adoption of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to improve software delivery efficiency and reliability
• Provide strategic oversight and optimization of pipeline performance, reliability, and governance
• Analyze customer requirements and define product specifications
• Develop, document and present solution designs for cloud-based infrastructure and services

What You Bring In

• MS Azure Certification: AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator certified
• MS Azure Certification: AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions and AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions certified or looking to acquire the certification
• Deep understanding of Azure platform services, identity and access management, networking, and security architectures
• Experience in designing and building Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions
• Experience in the concepts of DevOps and CI/CD
• Experience with integration of Azure platform services to other platforms such as Databricks, Power Platform, Fabric, M365
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
• Ability to communicate at an executive level and articulate business value of technical solutions
• Fluent in English
