Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for high-tech innovation?

BionIT Labs is looking for a Sales Manager - Germany to lead our expansion in one of Europe’s most dynamic markets.

We are specialized in advanced human-machine integrated medical devices, and we need a strategic hunter and relationship builder to oversee our entire business development lifecycle and sales funnel in Germany.

The Role

As our Sales Manager for Germany, you will be the face of BionIT Labs in the region. You will take full ownership of the German market, balancing the nurturing of our existing client portfolio with the aggressive pursuit of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Funnel Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial lead generation and prospecting to closing and post-sales support.
  • Business Development: Identify and penetrate new market segments within the German territory.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with our current partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Strategic Reporting: Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to the Italian headquarters.
  • Travel: Conduct frequent on-site visits across Germany and travel periodically to our HQ in Apulia, Italy, for strategic alignment and training.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

To be successful in this role, you must bring a sophisticated, technical approach to selling. We are not looking for generalists; we need someone who understands complex product ecosystems.

  • Proven Sales Track Record: Extensive experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience selling in highly technical sectors. Candidates from FMCG or general consumer goods will not be considered.
  • Language Mastery: Professional fluency in both German and English is mandatory. Italian is a significant plus.
  • Residency: Must be based in Germany.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical Device Experience: Previous experience in the MedTech or Prosthetics industry.
  • Market Knowledge: An established network and deep understanding of the German healthcare/medical regulatory landscape.

Location & Logistics

  • Type: Full-time.
  • Model: Hybrid (Home office in Germany + Regional Travel).
  • Travel: Regular travel within Germany and short periodic stays at our HQ in Apulia, Italy.


Salary Range

  • Basic salary: 65k€
  • Variable bonus: up to 20k€ yearly
  • Benefits: to be further negotiated
