Role definition

We are looking for an experienced AVD Engineer with a strong execution-focused mindset who can drive hands-on implementation, migration, and operational support for virtual desktop environments. The role requires practical troubleshooting capability and proven experience in migration programs, particularly from Citrix to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).

Expected qualification and critical experiences –

• AVD implementation and day-to-day operations support.
• Support and execute Citrix-to-AVD migration initiatives.
• Provide remote access solutions and support user connectivity environments.
• Execution-focused role with hands-on ownership of deliverables.
• Perform practical troubleshooting and provide migration support in live environments.

Mandatory Skills and Certification:

• Strong hands-on experience in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Experience in Citrix environments and migration to AVD.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
• Experience in remote access and virtualization technologies.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
