DevOps Engineer

For one of our trusted partners, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in GitHub Enterprise and modern DevOps practices. The role involves designing and optimizing CI/CD processes, automating infrastructure, and implementing high standards for security and software lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions
• Implement AI-powered solutions across software development and delivery processes, including GitHub Copilot and other intelligent tools
• Define and manage repository governance policies, branching strategies, and standardized workflow templates
• Administer and support both self-hosted and cloud-hosted GitHub Actions runners
• Integrate GitHub Enterprise with various platforms, services, and infrastructure components to automate build, testing, and deployment processes
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
• Automate provisioning and management of infrastructure resources across Development, Test, and Production environments
• Deploy and manage containerized applications in Azure Red Hat OpenShift environments
• Implement DevSecOps practices through code analysis, dependency management, secret detection, and automated compliance policy enforcement
• Integrate secrets management and access control solutions
• Monitor and analyze system performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Splunk, and Dynatrace
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to standardize deployment processes and accelerate software delivery
• Ensure adherence to internal technology standards, governance policies, and best practices
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Strong expertise in GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and Git
• Software development experience using languages such as Java or Python
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code technologies, including Terraform, Bicep, and ARM Templates
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes environments, AKS, Helm, and ArgoCD
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Bash, and Python
• Experience with security and governance tools, including GitHub Advanced Security, Azure Policy, SonarQube, and Artifactory
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant technical discipline
