DevOps Engineer

Manpower is looking for an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to join an international technology environment focused on modern cloud solutions and large-scale infrastructure.

If you have hands-on experience with Azure, CI/CD processes, Terraform, and automation, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to projects that directly impact the performance, scalability, and reliability of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure

• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform

• Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and automated deployments

• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate operational and administrative processes

• Configure and maintain Azure networking components

• Implement cloud security best practices and governance standards

• Support hybrid environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructure

• Collaborate closely with development teams to improve build, release, and deployment processes

• Support SQL Server environments and deployment activities

• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues

• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps, Systems Administration, or similar technical role

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

• Solid PowerShell scripting skills

• Experience working with Terraform

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, or GitLab

• Knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD methodologies

• Experience with Windows Server administration

• Working knowledge of SQL Server

• Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, VPNs, Firewalls, and TCP/IP

• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Azure certifications

• AWS certifications

• HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification

• Experience with Python

• Knowledge of REST APIs

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Exposure to VMware and Citrix technologies
