Senior Data Engineer

Since our founding, we've grown to a team of 90+ people and established ourselves as Türkiye's leading AI legal assistant. Now, we're taking it global — expanding into France, Germany, Brasil, Italy and Spain to compete in the billion-dollar legaltech market.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data pipelines, integration workflows, and cloud-based data infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Build and optimize data storage strategies across structured and unstructured workloads.
• Develop BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decision-making.
• Implement data governance, quality, and security frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML on data preprocessing and pipeline needs.
• Monitor and improve system reliability through observability and logging practices.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in data engineering and/or BI development.
• Proficiency in SQL-based databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and basic DevOps/DataOps practices.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, or vector databases (Qdrant, Milvus) is a plus.
