System Engineer

If you like solving problems and understanding how systems tick—across both cloud and on-prem, this role's for you. As a Systems Engineer II, you'll independently own day-to-day infrastructure work while growing your skills in modern environments, while being backed by a team that values doing things right and getting them done.

This role is in-office in Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, maintain, and support servers, storage, and cloud infrastructure, including Azure (VMs, storage, networking)
• Administer virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and Windows Server environments, including Remote Desktop Services
• Monitor and optimize storage platforms (SAN/NAS) for performance and capacity, and keep backup/recovery systems ready
• Manage identity, access, and core network services
• Troubleshoot and escalate support tickets and system alerts, and keep documentation current
• Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate on infrastructure/cloud projects that move the organization forward

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical experience in IT infrastructure and system engineering
• Hands-on experience with Azure (compute, storage, networking), VMware, Hyper-V and Active Directory
• SAN/NAS exposure (NetApp a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
