Cloud & AI Lead

Role Overview

As our Cloud & AI Lead in Nyon, you will be designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions on Azure and working with our sales team on important pre-sales. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers and as a reference architect for the practice.

What You Will Do

Delivery (40–50% of the role)

• Lead and deliver as a senior consultant on client engagements across the full lifecycle
• Design technical solutions using Azure AI, GenAI, and Power Platform by translating functional requirements into actionable blueprints and overseeing their implementation
• Build architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, PoCs, pilots, and technical documentation
• Lead the development and configuration of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), IaC templates (Terraform / Bicep), and AI-integrated applications.

Pre-sales

• Produce technical and commercial proposals - roadmaps, estimations, and architecture approaches
• Contribute to offer development
• Foster and actively participate in the Microsoft technical relationship, staying current on vendor roadmaps.

People

• Facilitate technical interviews for engineering recruitment.

Experience

• Experience with the Microsoft stack, with a strong track record as an Azure Architect
• Deep hands-on expertise across Azure AI Foundry, AI Services, AI Search, and App
• Proven experience with GenAI and Azure OpenAI, including RAG patterns, AI Agents, and Agentic architectures
• Solid command of Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse - for enterprise automation and low-code solutions
• Strong architecture background: MCP / Agentic patterns, data platforms, API-first and event-driven design, and integration at scale
• Comfortable with DevOps and IaC practices - CI/CD pipelines, Terraform or Bicep, and Git-based workflows.

• Fully bilingual French / English (written and spoken)
• Strong business acumen and client-facing confidence - comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences
• Autonomous and structured, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Clear, precise communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Proactive, curious, and self-driven on technology, following the AI space closely.

Nice to Have

• AI Low Code with Copilot Studio and Data Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory and SQL
• Experience with Infrastructure with Kubernetes, Cosmos DB and Security
• Relevant Certifications: AZ-305, AI-102, PL-600
• Experience in a consulting or managed services environment
• Natural aptitude for business analysis and project management
• Comfortable with public speaking, hackathons, or community involvement
• Experience mentoring and upskilling junior consultants
• Active presence at external events such as demos, talks, and hackathons
