Academic Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields.Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting and managing production environments in Microsoft Azure.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Support and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure and platform services.
• Manage Azure Virtual Machines, networking, storage, AKS, load balancers, and application gateways.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and Conditional Access policies.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including FSLogix, host pools, and golden images.
• Monitor infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Microsoft Defender.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, storage, and security issues.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis activities.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, DevOps, and Application teams.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and major incident escalations.
