We're looking for an experienced Professional Services Engineer to join a growing Managed Services team, delivering Modern Workplace solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

This is a varied role combining project delivery with technical consultancy, where you'll design and implement secure, scalable cloud solutions while helping drive continuous improvement across customer environments. Working closely with technical and account management teams, you'll ensure customers are not only supported but positioned for long-term success through proactive optimisation and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Modern Workplace projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, Intune deployments, and Azure Virtual Desktop implementations
• Design secure Microsoft 365 and Azure environments using modern security best practices
• Deploy Azure infrastructure including networking, identity, storage, and cloud services
• Automate deployments and administrative tasks using PowerShell and other automation tools
• Analyse customer environments to identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and cost savings
• Produce technical insights around security posture, licensing, infrastructure, and lifecycle management
• Work closely with Account Management and Service teams to support customer reviews and long-term technology planning
• Help drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and implementing permanent technical solutions

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience delivering Microsoft 365 and Azure projects within a Professional Services or Managed Services environment
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune
• Strong understanding of Entra ID, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and identity security
• Experience with Azure infrastructure, networking, backup, and virtual desktop technologies
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving services, and delivering high-quality technical solutions
