This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coquitlam, BC, for a Human Resources Specialist. The role involves administering HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, supporting personnel management efforts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with managers to develop and implement HR strategies, support recruitment efforts, and address workplace concerns while fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

• Proficient knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and processes
• Ability to administer Employee Benefits and manage related programs
• Strong skills in Personnel Management and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with relevant employment laws and compliance requirements in Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is an asset
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
