The Graphic Designer will support the Nisa Foundation’s Marketing & Communications team by creating visually compelling assets for digital and print campaigns. This role is ideal for students interested in graphic design, branding, visual communication, and nonprofit storytelling. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all campaigns, materials, and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Production
- Design marketing materials including social media graphics, print collateral, website visuals, and campaign-related assets.
- Develop branding visuals and creative concepts for Nisa Foundation campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Adapt designs for use across multiple platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and print.
- Ensure all creative assets reflect the organization’s brand identity and campaign goals.
- Create templates and reusable design elements to support internal and external communications.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to ensure cohesive and impactful visual storytelling.
- Maintain an organized design library, managing files and assets for ongoing and future use.
- Refine designs based on team feedback and campaign performance insights.
- Current student or recent graduate in graphic design, visual arts, digital media, or a related discipline.
- Strongproficiencywith design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling and branding skills.
- Ability to design across multiple platforms and formats.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience in nonprofit or community-based campaigns is an asset.

- Candidatemust be legally eligible to work in Canada(Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or a protected person within the meaning of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.Able to provide a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).
- Must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment
- Must have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canadain accordance withrelevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
