Enterprise Architect

Beacon Search Group has a client seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the strategy, design, development, and optimization of our enterprise Business Intelligence platform. This is a direct hire opportunity with great benefits and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and support scalable Azure-based Data Lakehouse and enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and advanced DAX calculations.
• Establish BI architecture standards, governance, security, and reporting best practices.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and analytics solutions across multiple systems.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve BI platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate data needs into impactful solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics architecture.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Data Lakehouse architecture.
• Advanced Power BI development experience, including semantic models and DAX.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data governance experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale reporting and analytics solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
