Junior Project Manager

The Role

• Respond to user inquiries and assist with improving project efficiency and effectiveness.

• Perform IT support tasks including account access requests, application support, and troubleshooting.

• Collect, understand, and define client IT requirements, translating them into project plans.

• Empower clients through communication, ensuring project goals are met.

• Work directly with clients to manage tasks effectively and contribute to innovative solutions.

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of experience.

• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Office Suite tools.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly, work cooperatively in a team, and organize information.

• Ability to perform shift work and possess a Secret clearance.

• A Bachelor's degree.
