Requirements (Must Have):


  • 5+ years of Data Engineering experience.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines on AWS.
  • Develop and optimize data models and transformations in Amazon Redshift.
  • Implement and maintain CDC (Change Data Capture) ingestion pipelines.
  • Build orchestration workflows using AWS Step Functions.
  • Develop serverless data processing solutions with AWS Lambda and AWS Glue.
  • Manage data lake architecture using Amazon S3.
  • Implement and evolve Medallion Architecture layers (Bronze / Silver / Gold).
  • Monitor data quality, pipeline reliability, and system performance.
  • Integrate event-driven solutions using Amazon SNS.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, BI, and Software Engineering teams.
  • Ensure security, governance, and best practices across the data platform.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform stability.
