Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Management of AWS cloud infrastructure to support applications and services.
  • Monitor and maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Participate in cloud resource provisioning using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • Build automation of infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Manage security best practices in AWS, including access control (IAM), encryption, and network security (Security Groups, NACLs).
  • Monitor system performance using AWS tools like CloudWatch, identifying issues, and assisting in troubleshooting.
  • Implementation of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes for cloud systems.
  • Automate routine tasks using scripts (e.g., Bash, Python) and configuration management tools.
  • Work with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in AWS environments.
  • Keep up to date with AWS services and best practices, continuously improving skills and knowledge.


Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in AWS cloud services
  • Familiarity with cloud or virtual environments.
  • Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
