Role Summary

As a Cloud DevOps/SRE Engineer, you will help ensure the reliability and operational efficiency of AWS-based production infrastructure within a global enterprise environment. Working with internationally distributed engineering, operations, and support teams, you will contribute to cloud-native services operating across multi-region environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support primarily AWS-based infrastructure.
• Develop scripts and services to automate infrastructure operations.
• Build, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure and operate monitoring systems for services and architecture.
• Support containerized environments using Kubernetes.
• Automate processes related to infrastructure security and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and implement sustainable improvements.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on AWS experience.
• Up to 12 years of total professional experience.
• Experience configuring infrastructure and operating customer-facing services on AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Helm.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-based container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and network infrastructure.
• Experience developing scripts for infrastructure or operational automation.
• Understanding of cloud-native principles, including containers, automation, and self-healing architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English within a global working environment.
• Experience developing, deploying, and operating applications on AWS.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines in an AWS EKS environment.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Argo CD, GitOps, or Helm.
• Experience with Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience designing or operating multi-cluster and multi-account infrastructure.
• Java or Spring Framework troubleshooting experience.
• Experience resolving failures in production environments.
