Junior Cloud Solutions Administrator

Empath Health is seeking an Junior Cloud Solutions Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and optimization of cloud-based solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies. He/She will assist with the day-to-day management of cloud infrastructure, user identities, endpoint management, and security policies within Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. This position works closely with senior cloud engineers and infrastructure teams to support cloud operations, troubleshooting, automation efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, the Junior Cloud Solutions Administrator will assist with basic automation and process improvement activities designed to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and support standardized cloud administration practices.

Location: Hybrid (driving distance to one of service areas, West Palm Beach, Sarasota, or Tampa/St.Petersburg)

What You'll Do

• Assist with the administration and support of cloud-based solutions within Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Support the maintenance and monitoring of cloud infrastructure and services
• Assist with managing user identities and access using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Help support device management and compliance policies through Microsoft Intune
• Assist with implementing and maintaining security and data protection standards
• Support Microsoft Purview compliance and governance initiatives
• Collaborate with IT teams to support integration and operational stability of cloud-based services

What You'll Need

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience supporting cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and/or infrastructure systems
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 administration
• Basic understanding of cloud security, automation, and service delivery concepts
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
