Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AWS compute, storage, and networking services, along with mandatory expertise in observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK stack. This role involves close collaboration with DevOps, engineering, and operations teams to maintain highly available and resilient systems.

Work Location - Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

● Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS

● Provision and maintain AWS compute, storage, and networking services

● Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions -Grafana

● Prometheus, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

● Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across cloud environments

● Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and network-related issues

● Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery best practices

● Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams

● Participate in incident response and root cause analysis (RCA)

● Optimize cloud resources for cost, performance, and security

● Document cloud architecture, processes, and operational runbooks

Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role

● Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, including:

❖ Compute: EC2, Auto Scaling, Lambda

❖ Storage: S3, EBS, EFS

❖ Networking: VPC, Subnets, Route Tables, Load Balancers, NAT Gateways

● Mandatory hands-on experience with: (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack)

● Experience with AWS security best practices (IAM, Security Groups, NACLs)

● Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
