Technical Expertise

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud architecture.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS AI/ML services including SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, and Lake Formation.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
• Experience with IaC tools (AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and model optimization.
• Proven experience building production‑grade MLOps pipelines.

• Demonstrated ability to review, refactor, and improve developers’ code.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and testing practices.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and enforcing coding standards.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in consulting, customer advisory, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

• AWS certifications (ML Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional).
• Experience with generative AI, LLM fine‑tuning, and RAG architectures.
• Background in industry‑specific AI use cases (finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing).
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams across data, ML, and cloud engineering.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
