Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on GitHub Actions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience migrating Jenkins pipelines, automating deployments, integrating DevOps tools, and implementing secure, scalable DevOps solutions across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer GitHub Actions workflows for enterprise CI/CD pipelines.

• Lead migration of CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions.

• Develop automation scripts using Groovy, YAML, Bash, and Python.

• Manage GitHub Enterprise repositories, branching strategies, and source code management.

• Integrate GitHub Actions with SonarQube, Snyk, Artifactory, Nexus, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) to automate infrastructure provisioning.

• Ensure pipeline security through secrets management, security scanning, and compliance controls.

• Optimize CI/CD pipelines for performance, reliability, scalability, and deployment automation.

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to establish DevOps best practices and mentor team members.

Required Qualifications

• 10–16 years of overall IT experience with strong DevOps expertise.

• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions workflow design, implementation, and administration.

• Proven experience migrating Jenkins pipelines to GitHub Actions.

• Strong proficiency in Groovy, YAML, Shell Scripting (Bash), and Python.

• Experience with Git, GitHub Enterprise, repository management, and branching strategies.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD best practices, deployment automation, and pipeline optimization.

• Experience integrating GitHub Actions with SonarQube, Snyk, Artifactory, Nexus, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Ansible.

• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, secrets management, security scanning, and compliance controls.
