About the Role: We are looking for Native-level Spanish (Latin America) speakers to participate in a voice recording project for a conversational AI application. Your role is to record natural, authentic, and conversational customer-service style speech from your own home recording setup. This means submitting a short audition, and if selected, completing two supervised recording sessions using your own professional microphone and a quiet space. No prior performance experience is required, just a clear, natural, confident speaking voice. Key Responsibilities - Submit two audition recordings: one natural, unscripted sample (~30 seconds) and one scripted customer-service sample (~30 seconds) - If selected, complete two supervised recording sessions of approximately 4 hours each - Participate in natural conversation, prompted discussions, and scripted customer-service scenarios during sessions - Record using your own professional home studio setup Project Details: - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: Approximately 8 hours total across two sessions - Job Type: Freelance - Location: Remote (Argentina) - Language: Spanish (Latin America) - Pay Rate: $35/hour What We’re Looking For - Native-level Spanish (Latin America) speaker - Natural, authentic, friendly, and conversational customer-service speaking style - Access to a professional home recording environment: high-quality microphone, pop filter, and a quiet space free of background noise - Ability to record audio meeting technical specifications: WAV format, 24-bit, 48kHz Thank you for your interest in joining Welo Data’s community and contributing to this exciting project.
