As a Robotic Application Engineer, your mission is simple: make our robots perform better in the real world.
Working at the intersection of AI, robotics, and industrial operations, you'll use your robotics expertise to continuously improve the performance of our robots in real-world environments. From our lab to customer sites across Europe, you'll help transform cutting-edge AI into reliable industrial products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Work hand-in-hand with our AI team to validate new capabilities and continuously improve robot behavior.
Investigate failures and engineer solutions to improve robot robustness, reliability, and performance.
Deploy, commission, and optimize robotic systems at customer sites across Europe, including some data collection
Apply your robotics expertise to optimize system integration, calibration, sensing, and manipulation.
Develop internal tools for deployment, debugging, monitoring, and data collection.
Adapt our robotic platform to new customer applications and industrial environments.
Work on one of Europe's most ambitious Physical AI startups.
Build robots that are deployed with real industrial customers.
Work alongside AI researchers while staying close to the real world.

Strong Python skills
Good robotics fundamentals
Comfortable working with physical robots, especially robotic arms
Able to debug hardware and software
Fluent English
Willing to travel regularly across Europe
Hands-on experience with robotic manipulators
Ability to work on the low-level
Exposure to AI for robotics (Imitation Learning, VLAs etc)
Experience deploying robotic systems
Experience in motion planning assisted with cameras
Curiosity and a builder mindset
Optional language: French, German
