Position Title: rtNOW Pulmonary Rehabilitation RT
FLSA Status: Non-exempt position
Summary: rtNOW is a pioneer in bringing highly qualified telerespiratory therapists to the front of pulmonary care. Remote pulmonary rehabilitation requires individuals with experience and expertise in educating and assisting patients to promote healthy living. This position interfaces with patients and clients to onboard and oversee virtual pulmonary patients for rehab sessions. Candidates will help maintain quality data to manage our remote staffing services. The position is virtual and is an area of service that allows respiratory therapists to interact directly with patients who have pulmonary disease. Excellent communication skills via telephone, video chat, text or email are expected. Attention to detail, prompt, and accurate work is expected to educate and serve and support our patients and clients. Respiratory therapists hired for this position work remotely and will be responsible for computer technology and stable Wifi access and will provide their own computer support.
Reporting: This position will report to the appointed supervisor within the rtNOW organization.
Position responsibilities:

• Conduct video calls with patients to complete initial program onboarding
  
• Transmit a professional attitude and appearance
  
• Oversee recurring virtual pulmonary rehab sessions including pulmonary
  

education and exercise

• Maintain medical databases, ensuring complete and accurate medical records
  

and documentation

• Diligently keep track of emails, texts and phone voicemails and respond
  

promptly to company messages

• Strictly following policy and procedure to complete daily tasks
  
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  
• Clinical support for internal team members to answer questions/resolve issues
  
• Follow the chain of command and chain of communication to report important information
  

back to the Program Supervisor

• Ability to work independently and find solutions to problems
  

Preferred:

• Pulmonary Rehab Experience
  

Requirements

Required:

• Minimum Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy
  
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist credential
  
• State licensure in assigned service location as needed
  
• Computer / Laptop with operating system no greater than 6 years old. Internet browser and desktop application use skills
  
• Active NV License

• Sitting, computer work, typing
  
• Mental acuity to track patient details
