Motion Graphics & Video Editor

We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who excels at transforming raw footage and creative concepts into visually powerful, high-converting video ads.You’ll lead the post-production process—from storytelling and pacing to color, sound, and motion—producing content that captures attention and drives measurable results.What You’ll Do

• Lead video editing for short-form social ads (5–60s) across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and display placements.
• Craft compelling narratives that align with campaign goals and performance metrics (CTR, CAC, ROAS, watch time).
• Integrate motion graphics, typography, and sound design to enhance storytelling and brand recognition.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop and refine ad concepts based on real-time data and trends.
• Maintain high production standards—color grading, audio mixing, pacing, and finishing for all formats.
• Manage an efficient workflow including version control, structured file management, and delivery timelines.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally in performance marketing or content-driven campaigns.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Strong storytelling instincts—knowing how to capture attention in the first seconds and sustain engagement.
• Experience with motion graphics integration, typography, and brand systems.
• Understanding of creative testing and the ability to adapt content based on performance analytics.
• Excellent English communication and team collaboration skills.
• A portfolio/reel demonstrating high-quality video ads or brand content across social platforms.
