Overview Of The PositionLeverage the NVIDIA Omniverse platform to develop, optimize, and deploy real-time digital twin simulations—encompassing physics-based modeling, motion planning, and extension development—while collaborating with hardware teams to ensure seamless sim-to-real validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the NVIDIA Omniverse platform for production line equipment modeling, motion planning (forward/inverse kinematics, obstacle avoidance, and optimization), and control program development, including developing Omniverse extensions and pipeline tools to improve task efficiency.
- Employ performance analysis tools and optimize digital twins to meet real-time simulation requirements.
- Build and optimize analog environments and digital twin scenes to ensure consistency between analog and physical machine behavior. This includes creating SimReady assets from 3D models, testing and adjusting the physical analogies of the SimReady assets to ensure conformity with real-world samples (e.g., equipment joint types, surface friction coefficients, weight, etc.).
- Collaborate with automation and other hardware teams to deploy analog results to physical machines and validate them.
- Work experience 2+ years
