This role is suitable for someone who is highly organized, commercially aware, and comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and online workflows. You will help ensure that online operations run smoothly, product information remains accurate, and customers receive a reliable shopping experience. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple operational tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Update product listings, pricing, and product information
- Monitor orders, fulfillment coordination, and issue resolution
- Support marketplace or website operations
- Maintain inventory-related records and online trackers
- Coordinate with support, warehouse, or commercial teams
